The schedule for the 2015 International Champions Cup North America was announced this morning and it has the San Jose Earthquakes facing Club América on Tuesday, July 14 at Avaya Stadium and Manchester United FC one week later on Tuesday, July 21.
The venue for the Quakes-United match has not been announced with Levi’s Stadium being the likely candidate, though our hope is that it will also take place at Avaya Stadium.
The International Champions Cup was launched in 2013 and features North American and international football clubs squaring off in an friendly exhibition tournament. In previous years, the Bay Area has played host to such clubs as Manchester City FC, Juventus FC, Everton FC, Real Madrid CF, Club América, and FC Internazionale Milano.
Exclusive presale tickets for most matchups will be available beginning Monday, May 4 at 10AM ET while general public will have access to tickets Thursday, May 7 at 10AM ET.
Earthquakes Season Ticket Holders will have access to a special presale before tickets go on sale to the general public for any Earthquakes match in the tournament.
Fans can find venue-specific and other ticket information, as well as sign up for access to the presale at International Champions Cup.
